Rotate your device or screen to portrait

Symptom:

You enter the eReserve list and see a message telling your to rotate your device or screen to portrait view. This happens on desktops/laptops where you cannot do rotate your screen.

Solution:

eReserve has detected that your screen resolution is too low to display your list properly. This will be because either: (1) you are using a browser that is not maximised to fill your whole screen or (2) your screen resolution is too low — or both.

To fix the problem ensure your browser is maximised and/or check your screen resolution settings and ensure they are set to the highest resolution possible.
