Citation has the wrong information

Sometimes citations for your readings might appear incorrectly, such as typos entered when you submitted the request or authors’ names/initials appearing confused.

If you the reading’s status on the left says NEEDS REVIEW or SUBMITTED, don’t worry about a citation that appears incorrectly. Students don’t see readings at those statuses and the eReserve team will fix up any errors when they process the request.

If a reading is PENDING or ACTIVE and your citation is wrong, let us know at and we’ll fix it. Include:

  • the author, chapter/article title, year and the book/journal as it appears; AND
  • as it should appear AND
  • the paper code.

Usually the link or PDF file is correct it’s just the information in the citation that’s wrong.
