Past lists

Symptom:

A student has a list of readings but there are no buttons to view or download them. It says this is a ‘Past List’ (red box below) and has a date at which readings became unavailable.

Solution:

First, students can check for other lists that may be available. Select the ‘Choose list’ button at the top of the list (green box above).

If there are no lists with readings that can be accessed, students should contact the staff member(s) running the course to say there are no readings available in eReserve (and include the paper code). Staff should carry out a reading list roll over or contact ereserve@otago.ac.nz.
