Blocked or declined cards

Purchase Cards can be blocked or declined if:

• The limit has been reached
• Suspicious activity has been observed by the ANZ Fraud Department
• There is a problem with the card’s chip
• Cardholder has not advised the Purchase Card admin team with their travel dates and destination/s before departure

Contact the Purchase Card Administrator if the Purchase Card is unexpectedly blocked or declined.
