Problems for students

Report a problem or read about common issues and what to do about them:

• • It says I need to pay when I try to access my reading
  • I have a list of readings but there are no buttons to view or download them. The list is a ‘Past List’
  • I click on the link to go into eReserve, it opens in a new window, but nothing happens (pop-up blockers)
