AV for Events

Where possible, we are able to assist with the AV setup for your event.

Common spaces where we can assist with AV setup are:

• Te Wao Nui in Otago Business School
• Castle 1 in Castle Complex
• Auditorium in College of Education
• LT01 in St David Complex Lecture Theatre

While we can assist with AV setup for your event, if you require a technician for the duration of your event or need AV functionality beyond what we can accommodate, then we recommend that you reach out to a University of Otago approved external AV event company.
