2026 Research Staff Awards

The Otago Medical School Research Society is proud to announce the 278th Scientific Meeting, which will showcase the research of 8 University of Otago staff members. A panel of judges will award $500 to the best speaker, and the runner-up will be awarded $250. The scientific meeting and prizes are kindly sponsored by the OPMS and the University of Otago School of Biomedical Sciences.
The meeting will take place between 5.00 and 7.30 pm on Wednesday, 17th June 2026, in the Barnett Lecture Theatre, with the option to attend via Zoom.
