Mitchell presents at the Dodd Walls symposium

Mitchell presented his work, at the Dodd Walls symposium, on “Breast microcalcifications via Raman spectroscopy” in which he showed how his newly developed dual beam backscattering and transmission sampling system provided higher accuracy to the identification of calcification in buried tissue phantoms.  Some of the early steps in this work are described in Journal of Raman Spectroscopy 2025   and Applied Spectroscopy Practica 2024, 2 (4), 1 – 12
