You can access 2 types of reports in your Zoom account.<\/p>\n

Usage<\/strong>: This report allows you to view a list of meetings, participants, and meeting minutes for meetings you have hosted.<\/p>\n

Meeting<\/strong>: This report allows you to search for meeting registrations and Poll responses from specific meetings.<\/p>\n

Select the type of report you need, search by a date range to find the meeting, and then choose to\u00a0Generate<\/strong>\u00a0for the report.<\/p>\n

To access these log into your Zoom account<\/a> through your web browser.<\/p>\n

Once logged in, you will need to click on “Reports”, at the bottom of the menu on the left hand side.<\/p>\n

To view the stats for a past meeting choose “Usage”.<\/p>\n

Make sure you adjust the time frame at the top to choose when the meeting occurred. This will bring up a list of past meetings, click on the blue number under “participants” to bring up a pop-up of the attendee list, duration in the meeting and other information.<\/p>\n

You can export this file if needed using the blue “Export” button.<\/p>\n
