That chance is now 0% as she had her stomach completely removed in 2010.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Karyn has been collaborating with affected wh\u0101nau, and with health science practitioners and academics, and there are some events coming up next week which may be of interest to you.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">On Monday\u00a01 August 1pm <span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>Dr Jeremy Rossaak<\/strong><\/span> (Tauranga Hospital) and <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Erin Gardiner<\/span><\/strong> (Kimihauora Health and Research Clinic) are giving a seminar in the Dunedin Public Hospital. Jeremy and Erin work closely together to ensure wh\u0101nau are supported appropriately throughout the whole stomach removal process \u2013 before and after.
