Look at your online account for an accurate overview

What you see on a particular machine is not a complete picture. Remember to go online and view your folders/files in your Syncplicity account to get a clear idea of the whole situation.

If you run into difficulties anywhere along the way, log a call with the ITS Service Desk. When you do, search your computer for “syncplicity log” and send the log to them.
