Kia paki te rangi, kia ng\u0101wari te rerenga.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>You can check our Knowledgebase at <a href=\"https:\/\/ask.otago.ac.nz\">https:\/\/ask.otago.ac.nz<\/a>, which contains information that may be of assistance.<\/p>\n<p>We are also available for in-person enquiries between 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday-Saturday (closed on Sundays and Public Holidays).<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Apps at Otago<\/h2>\n<p>Apps at Otago can be accessed on numerous devices &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/ask.otago.ac.nz\/knowledgebase\/article\/KA-10005663?svcArticleNumber=SA-000186\">read more about how to access Apps at Otago here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Student Desktop (VDI) is now Apps at Otago &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.otago.ac.nz\/studentit\/?page_id=3256&amp;preview=true\">read more about the changes here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Student Printing<\/h2>\n<p>You can print through the University using the <a href=\"https:\/\/ask.otago.ac.nz\/knowledgebase\/article\/KA-10004346\">email method<\/a>, or <a href=\"https:\/\/ask.otago.ac.nz\/knowledgebase\/article\/KA-10002759\">printer driver<\/a> method.\u00a0 Further information on the installation and usage of these methods can be found in the <a href=\"https:\/\/ask.otago.ac.nz\/knowledgebase\/article\/KA-10001673\">AskOtago knowledgebase<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Microsoft 365<\/h2>\n<p>Your enrolment at the University provides a Microsoft 365 license that you can use when you are enrolled at Otago.\u00a0 With this license, you will be able to install Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and OneNote, and you will be provided with 1TB of Cloud Storage in OneDrive.\u00a0 The installer can be accessed in your <a href=\"http:\/\/office.com\">student webmail<\/a>, and more information is available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/ask.otago.ac.nz\/knowledgebase\/article\/KA-10002753\/en-us\">AskOtago Knowledgebase<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Please ensure that you are using your university account to log in to these applications to ensure you have the full features of the license provided to you.\u00a0 It is important to note that you will lose access to your office applications once you finish studying at Otago.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions regarding Microsoft 365, please feel free to get in contact with AskStudent IT via email, phone or online chat.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<h2>Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for student accounts<\/h2>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">All students must use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) when accessing Otago University services. If you are not on campus, you may require a code from an authenticator app, or via text message.
