OneDrive is actually “OneDrive for Business”. It is intended for storing your own business documents. It is not the same as the web-based private storage system also called OneDrive.
Use OneDrive to upload documents that only you can see (for example, a document in progress that you wish to edit from another machine as well). However, you only have 100 MB of space, so cannot use it for lots of documents.
Unlike normal OURDrive libraries there are no file permission restrictions in OneDrive for Business.
Under your name in the toolbar, you can click on About Me to open your profile area.
This is where you can edit details about yourself. This can be a profile photo, etc. Your job details are already listed there.
The newsfeed link takes you to a page where you can read about other people at the Uni who are using OURDrive and keeping up profiles. This can be done by filling in the About Me info, or writing a blog, etc.
