When you undertake an OURDrive project, there are four stages.
Analysis and requirements gathering
We work with your to determine your higher level requirements, stakeholders and timeframes.
Next we establish your detailed requirements and how they fit with OURDrive; covering areas that are already part of the Team Site Template and any new capabilities you may require.
We build the team site to the specifications agreed.
Deployment and delivery
Once the development is completed, you need to test the new site to ensure it meets your expectations. When this is finished, the site goes “live” and content can be uploaded.
IT Training offer an Introduction course to OURDrive, as well as training videos.
For individual help/improvement queries, contact the ITS Service Desk. Anything they cannot answer, they pass along to the team.
