Papers must be published under the <a href=\"https:\/\/creativecommons.org\/licenses\/by\/4.0\/\">Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license<\/a> (CC BY) allowing unrestricted re-use; including for commercial purposes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c<em>We believe that published research resulting from our funding should be promptly and broadly disseminated<\/em><\/strong>\u201d the Foundation states. During the transition a 12-month embargo period may apply.
