The Otago Medical School Research Society is proud to announce the winners of the 261st Scientific Meeting : Pat Cragg Summer Student Awards<\/strong><\/p>\n

There were eight excellent entries to choose from. The participants were:\"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The winner of the Pat Cragg Summer student award of $500 for best presentation\u00a0 was Harriet Spoelstra<\/strong> for:
\n“The relationship between secreted amyloid precursor protein alpha (sAPP\u03b1) and the cell surface expression of NMDA glutamate receptors.”<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

The runner up, with a prize of $250, was Jamie Hounsell<\/strong> for:
\n“Exploring the awareness of people affected by Huntington\u2019s disease towards regenerative therapies.”<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
