What do I need to do?

Don’t panic! Right now – if you’ve set up multi-factor authentication (MFA), there’s nothing that we need you to do. If you haven’t set up MFA yet, here’s a guide on Setting up MFA

You may already be using parts of Office 365, probably without even really noticing. We’ll be in contact about mailbox migration and moving from Syncplicity once things are closer to “back to normal”.

What if I want to give it a go (or just have a look around)?

The main website for Office 365 is https://www.office.com – just use your @otago.ac.nz email address and password to sign in. If you’re coming from outside the campus, you’ll probably need your phone nearby to enter your multi-factor authentication (MFA) code (if you’re not sure what we’re talking about with MFA – follow this link to find out more: “What is MFA?“)
