How do I install Office 365?
Your regular applications (ie Office 2016) will work with Office 365, but for the best experience or if you want to use these at home then you can install the Office 365 versions Office 365 from this page – if you get stuck you can get some more detailed instructions here.
Before you install this on your work PC, check with your local IT Shared Services team member – you may need them to install it for you. If you use Visio or Project you will need to contact AskOtago first as there are some things that need to be considered first.
What is MyAnalytics?
MyAnalytics provides insights into two of the key factors in personal productivity: how people spend their time and who they spend it with. You can use the dashboard to see how you spent your time over the past month, productivity insights about your work patterns, helpful suggestions for improvement, and information about your network, top collaborators, and collaboration activities.
You can also receive email digests.

What is the Cortana daily briefing email?
The Briefing email helps you stay in control of your calendar and be intentional about your day. Within a few hours of the start of your workday, you’ll get an email about any relevant items to help you better prepare for the day ahead.
