after that Jervee giving a flash presentation on her work on plant-based proteins and their evaluation using spectroscopy and chemometrics, then Peter giving a flash presentation on his work on photocatalysts.\u00a0 Jervee, Peter and Anam all presented their posters, directly after that flash talks, and Keith attended the International Steering Committee meeting as the current Chair.\u00a0
