During my master\u2019s research, I focused on <b>valleytronics in 2D materials<\/b>, using <b>Density functional theory (DFT)<\/b> to explore their electronic and optical properties. I have now started my PhD at the <b>University of Otago <\/b>under the supervision of <b>Professor Keith Gordon<\/b>, working on the <b>Application of low-frequency Raman spectroscopy for the evaluation and design of new materials<\/b>. My research combines <b>low frequency Raman spectroscopy<\/b> with <b>DFT simulations<\/b> to develop a deeper understanding of material structure, vibrations, and functionality.
