DOI: 10.3390\/molecules28093695.\u00a0 This paper describes methods that allow us to detect adulteration of krill oil, a high value aquaculture product.\u00a0 By measuring Raman and infrared spectra and fusing these data it was possible to get excellent detection of adulterants (such as palm oil) at levels at which they are typically used.
