New publication out in ACS Molecular Pharamceutics

Congratulations to Kārlis, Sara and Keith who with European researchers recently published a paper entitled “Combined Effect of Preparation Method and Compression on the Physical Stability and Dissolution Behavior of Melt-Quenched Amorphous Celecoxib” in Molecular Pharmaceutics http://dx.doi.org/10.1021/acs.molpharmaceut.0c01208

The paper details the effects of compression (a key step in tablet making) on the dissolution properties of the active ingredient.  The paper uses low frequency and UV vis spectroscopy to elucidate behavior and develops an understanding of the interplay of differing forces on solubility enhancement.
