New publication in Dyes and Pigments
Congratulation to Jono and Keith who, with Australian researchers, recently published a paper entitled, “Carbazole-substituted dialkoxybenzodithiophene dyes for efficient light harvesting and the effect of alkoxy tail length ” in Dyes and Pigments (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.dyepig.2020.109002).
This study examined how the tail length of dyes affects the performance of solar cells. Jono and Keith examined the spectroscopy of the dyes showing the nature of the excited state using resonance Raman spectroscopy and density functional theory calculations.
