Having a link directly to the reading on your moodle course increases the chance students will access the reading.
Previously it was hard for students to navigate to the correct place in the eReserve activity.
There are two ways to make the link to a reading(s). Both assume you have already added your reading to eReserve.
Option 1: A label on the course
(This will not allow Moodle to gather statistics on who has accessed the reading.)
- Add an activity>label
- Click the eReserve icon (looks like a swirl)
- Choose your reading list
- Select the reading(s) via the checkboxes
- Click Next then Create
- Click Save
Option 2: Add a page in the course
(This will allow Moodle to gather statistics.)
- Add an activity>page
- Click the eReserve icon (looks like a swirl)
- Choose your reading list
- Select the reading(s) via the checkboxes
- Click Next then Create
- Click Save
