The Genetics Otago biennial Postgraduate Retreat was held in 2019. This event was open to all postgraduate students who are using genetics in their research and was broken into three sessions \u2013 Conferencing, Academic Career Pathways and Problem Solving.<\/p>\n

Asian Conference on Transcription<\/span><\/h1>\n

The 16th Asian Conference on Transcription was hosted by Genetics Otago welcoming delegates from around Asia, the Pacific and beyond to discuss genetic and epigenetic mechanisms of gene transcription in prokaryotes and eukaryotes, chromatin structure, cancer biology, antimicrobial resistance, developmental biology and genomics.<\/p>\n
