CARLOS<\/em><\/h3>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center\">Ryukoku University, Japan<\/h6>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Wednesday 7 September 2022, 12-1pm (on Zoom)<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>The COVID-19 pandemic is both a health and a health workforce crisis. This talk outlines how the pandemic has exposed vulnerability in the ability of the Philippines to produce nurses for overseas countries and the measures taken to address this problem.
