Carlos, Professor of Economics in the Faculty of International Studies, Ryukoku University, Kyoto, Japan. Professor Carlos will work with our member Dr Arlene Ozanne to advance their research on overseas-educated nurses working in the elderly care sector in New Zealand and Japan.
