Your “Drafts” folder is where you’ll find your non AP Workflow documents, for example, Employee Reimbursements, AR documents or Journals.
As the contents of this folder will always relate to Non AP-Workflow Documents, you won’t have to look in folder when you work with AP Workflow – the documents will automatically appear and disappear from this folder as they are processed by you from other Roles within Finance One.
