When you action a document within your “Ïnbox” or “Pool” you’ll notice there is a small delay as the folders are refreshed by Finance One.
This is the “Workflow Engine” completing all its associated work to move your document in and out of your Pool or Inbox.
The Workflow Engine has a regular polling time for completing your tasks so after a few seconds you’ll notice that your workflow folders are refreshed.
If you do find that a document has disappeared from your Pool or Inbox, and you’re not sure where it have been moved to – contact the Finance One Helpdesk (Ext 5554) and we may able to tell you where it currently is!
