If\u00a0a staff member sets up eReserve to open in a new tab or window, a pop-up blocker can stop this from happening.<\/p>\n

To solve this:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Disable your pop-up blocker.<\/li>\n
  2. Or look for a message at the top of your browser window asking if you want to allow the site to open a new window\/tab.<\/li>\n
  3. Or, if these do\u00a0not work, you may need to go into your browser settings:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Safari:\u00a0Preferences>Security> Block Popups (un-tick it)<\/p>\n

    Chrome: Settings>Show advanced settings…>Privacy>Content settings>Pop-ups>Allow sites to show pop-ups.<\/p>\n

    Firefox: Options>Content>Pop-ups>Block pop-up windows (un-tick)<\/p>\n
