Probably the problem is just that we need to update the link so that the website recognises you as an authorised Otago user.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Report it to us at <a href=\"mailto:ereserve@otago.ac.nz?Subject=Problem%20accessing%20reading\">ereserve@otago.ac.nz<\/a><\/strong> and include in your email:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>the link that isn&#8217;t working<\/li>\n<li>the name of the reading, article or ebook<\/li>\n<li>and the paper you&#8217;re trying to access it for.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>You <em>can<\/em>\u00a0try to\u00a0fix this issue yourself by adding the following\u00a0prefix to your URL in your browser&#8217;s address bar. <strong>Please still report it<\/strong> so we can fix it for other students.<\/p>\n<pre style=\"padding-left: 30px\">https:\/\/ezproxy.otago.ac.nz\/login?url=\r\n\r\n<\/pre>\n<p>Added to the URL, this will log you into the Library&#8217;s services.<\/p>\n<p>In other words, if you have this:<\/p>\n<pre style=\"padding-left: 30px\">http:\/\/search.proquest.com\/docview\/216478007?OpenUrlRefId=info:xri\/sid:primo&amp;accountid=14700\r\n\r\n<\/pre>\n<p>Add the prefix so you have this:<\/p>\n<pre style=\"padding-left: 30px\">https:\/\/ezproxy.otago.ac.nz\/login?url=http:\/\/search.proquest.com\/docview\/216478007?OpenUrlRefId=info:xri\/sid:primo&amp;accountid=14700<\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In eReserve we will never link to anything you have to pay for.
