If a staff member sets up eReserve to open in a new tab or window, a pop-up blocker can stop this from happening.
To solve this:
- Disable your pop-up blocker.
- Or look for a message at the top of your browser window asking if you want to allow the site to open a new window/tab.
- Or, if these do not work, you may need to go into your browser settings:
Safari: Preferences>Security> Block Popups (un-tick it)
Chrome: Settings>Show advanced settings…>Privacy>Content settings>Pop-ups>Allow sites to show pop-ups.
Firefox: Options>Content>Pop-ups>Block pop-up windows (un-tick)
