This issue may occur for some staff. You have readings you know should be in your list or you add new ones but they are not visible on the screen. In fact the readings are there but a bug in the display means the ungrouped header at the top is hidden beneath the bar with information and button on it (as shown in the screen shot).
Solution: select the “Expand all” button in the bottommost row of buttons (next to Refresh). This should bring your readings out from under the bar into view.
