Symptom:
You follow the link to eReserve and your browser gives you an ‘Administrator login’ screen.
Recommended fix:
This usually occurs for users of Safari browser. We recommend using another browser to access Blackboard/eReserve.
Alternative fix:
You can continue to use Safari but you need to change the Cookie settings in your browser as below. This is not recommended unless you understand the effect changing the security settings in your browser may have on all your web browsing.
- Select the Safari > Preferences menu.
- Select the ‘Privacy’ tab
- For ‘Cookies and website data’ select ‘Always allow’
