Scholarships

  • Otago PhD Scholarships are available to students who are admitted to Otago’s PhD programme.
  • The Macandrew-Stout PhD Scholarship provides an annual stipend of $32,544 NZD and covers tuition fees for three years. The Economics department is currently accepting applications for this scholarship and applications close on 5 October 2024.
  • Manaaki NZ Scholarships are fully funded NZ government scholarships available to international students in developing countries for full-time undergraduate or postgraduate studies.
