{"id":3008,"date":"2012-12-24T12:00:43","date_gmt":"2012-12-24T00:00:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.otago.ac.nz\/emxphi\/?p=3008"},"modified":"2012-12-23T15:23:26","modified_gmt":"2012-12-23T03:23:26","slug":"3008","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.otago.ac.nz\/emxphi\/3008\/","title":{"rendered":"An Update&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>Kirsten Walsh writes &#8230;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hello, Readers!<\/p>\n<p>As 2012 draws to a close, we\u2019d like to announce some minor changes to our blog.\u00a0 While our Marsden funding has ended and we are gradually moving onto other new projects, our interest in early modern experimental philosophy continues and so will this blog.<\/p>\n<p>Peter Anstey has moved to the University of Sydney, where he is about to begin a project on &#8216;The nature and status of principles in early modern philosophy&#8217;. His book <em>John Locke and Natural Philosophy<\/em> has recently been awarded the <em>Journal of the History of Philosophy<\/em> Book Prize for the best book on the history of Western philosophy published in 2011.<\/p>\n<p>And Alberto Vanzo has moved to the University of Birmingham, where he is a Marie Curie research fellow.
