Leaving the group is also just a matter of navigating to their groups in OWA, selecting the group and clicking on the Leave Group icon.<\/p>\n<p>External email addresses will have to be added first to our system as mail contacts by the service desk (email its-helpdesk@otago.ac.nz, cc virginia.toy@otago.ac.nz). You will need to email again to be removed.<\/p>\n<p>As a group owner, Virginia Toy (Virginia.toy@otago.ac.nz) can control membership directly in OWA.
