Associate Professor Mark Stocker

Associate Professor Mark Stocker (Department of History and Art History) is an Art Historian who has published widely on British and New Zealand art of the late nineteenth century and early twentieth century. He has a particular interest in sculpture and numismatics and his work on these forms has placed both New Zealand and Britain within an imperial framework. For almost a decade he served as the editor of the Journal of New Zealand Art History.
