This is the inaugural North Asia version of the programme, following on from the success of the Latin America CAPE Winds of Change programme focusing on collaboration between New Zealand and Chile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Fittingly, this first North Asia edition coincides with the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between New Zealand and China and illustrates the continued value of this important relationship.
